From March 10-12, His Holiness Karmapa presided over a planning meeting for the next and 25th International Kagyu Monlam Chenmo. His Holiness proposed that the gathering aim to engage in bodhisattva activity by arranging to provide free medical services and supplies for the local population in the Bodhgaya area. Regarding the Monlam itself, issues such as monastic discipline, communication between representatives and the preparation of multinational translations were discussed.
