His Holiness with football club in Dharamsala
On June 1, 2003, His Holiness was the honored guest at the opening of the Gold Cup Football tournament in Dharamsala. He gave an opening address, and watched the first day’s games.
In May, His Holiness engaged in intensive studies and practice and curtailed his interview schedule. He resumed public interviews at the end of the month.
