On March 14, 2007, His Holiness Sakya Trizen Rinpoche headed a long life offering to His Holiness Dalai Lama at Thegchen Chöeling Monastery at McLeod Ganj, Dharamsala. All the heads of lineage Kagyu, Nyigma, Sakya, Gelug and Bhön unanimously requested His Holiness Dalai Lama’s long life, along with all the Tibetan officials ex and present. Afterwards His Holiness had lunch with His Holiness Dalai Lama at his palace.
