New York City, December 10th – Sikyong Lobsang Sangay, the President of the Tibetan Government in Exile, and Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, the Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament in Exile, and Mr. Ngodup Tsering, the new Envoy of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in North America, met with His Holiness the Gyalwang Karmapa in New York City. They had long hours meeting and lunch together.
